Building Supply Chain & ERP Foundations

The Challenge:
A new carbon capture company needed to establish robust processes from the outset to avoid future issues in maintenance, supply chain, finance, and health & safety. Without these, scaling and migrating to an ERP system would be costly and risky.

What We Did:
DM Supply Chain designed a clear supply chain framework, created procurement and inventory processes, defined roles and approvals to ensure segregation of duties, and developed master data structures for equipment and materials. These were all designed with future ERP integration in mind.

The Outcome:
The startup now has scalable, best-practice supply chain, maintenance, and finance processes embedded into its operations. This provides a strong digital backbone to support growth and prevents costly compliance and operational risks later.
